Joe Milien

Founder

Joe is an experience real estate investor and founder of Pivot Equity Group. Joe started his real estate career over 12 years ago and has experience in acquisition, renovating and adding value to commercial real estate properties. Joe’s portfolio includes both Corporate office buildings and Multi Family assets.

Joe has a master’s degree in computer science and has worked for some of the top fortune 500 companies in a variety of sales and leadership roles.

Carlos Zubiate

Co-Founder

Carlos is an experienced real estate investor, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Pivot Equity Group. Carlos started his real estate career over 16 years ago in South Florida where he gained his investment experience with various rental properties.

 Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, Carlos earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and now works closely with local cities, counties, K-12 and higher education around the state of Tennessee to help with their technology initiatives.
